Repurpose of Hotel to Apartments
The Group has recently successfully exited its first conversion of a 65,000 ft2 hotel to 66 individual apartments, with amenities such as a pool, terrace gardens, co-working areas and a gymnasium.

VIEW CURRENT PROJECT HERERepurpose of GrazingĀ Land to Mixed Use
The Group is a 50% shareholder in 29 acres of land located alongside a dense commercial thoroughfare exiting San Jose, Costa Rica (capital city) in the direction of its largest sleeper city of Cartago. We have our own exit ramp and permits for a mixed use property of hotel, event center, commercial strip and entertainment facilities. In a post-Covid world, we are re-evaluating best uses.

The Group entered into a 50-year lease for 160 acres of a South China Sea peninsula that was the former US Wallace Air Station in San Fernando, Philippines (where key scenes from "Good Morning, Vietnam" were filmed). We developed the raw land into a golf resort (designed by IMG) complete with cliff-side fairways, luxury resort hotel, event & entertainment center and beachside vacation homes.Ā We then sold the property to a group of leading local investors.
VIEW PAST PROJECT HERERepurpose of a Light Industrial Property to Event & Entertainment Resort
The Group repurposedĀ a 10-acre site in Daman, India into a resort serving as a retreat for the cities of Mumbai and Surat.Ā The completed project included an event center, multiple restaurants & bars, 176- suites, a meandering pool and entertainment facilities. Upon completion, we sold the project to a publicly traded Indian hospitality congomerate.
